He has said repeatedly that he is “OK with billionaires like Taylor Swift.” Mockler isn’t a Trump douche but he isn’t on the right side of this either. The only way forward is real progressivism, not more establishment dem pro-capitalist bullshit. They do not care about us. They care about billionaires.

The Chomskys are so full of shit. If you read any of Epstein’s emails it becomes apparent that he was a moron on top of everything else. Nailed it. I rode in one almost daily for the years I lived there, especially in Shenzhen. They felt cheap. Like most things over there (buildings, etc) they looked great from 100 ft back, but up close you could see all the flaws and cheap construction. The “made in China” stamp isn’t usually one associated with quality and BYD isn’t any different. That being said—I’d love for them to come to the US and steal Tesla’s market share. I absolutely loathe Tesla. As for the YouTubers, they are all paid shills. The amount of cheap bullshit YouTubers try to sell on a regular basis is staggering. That’s how they make their money. If you believed YouTubers every dumb product on earth would be “the best ever” or “epic” or “game changing” or whatever hyperbolic superlative.

He looks like shit for being in his early 40s. I wonder if there is something going on with his health and that’s why he is appointing a 13 year old heir. The article doesn’t elaborate on that but it says he “appears young and healthy.” He looks like he is about to pop. I don’t think I’d describe him as young or healthy looking.

I lived in mainland China for a while (Shanghai and then Shenzhen), and honestly I wasn’t impressed with BYD. Felt like a discount Tesla. The name is stupid as hell too: “build your dreams.” It will definitely be popular with people looking for a cheap EV, which is a good thing, but I don’t think it’ll make that much of a dent in the mid-range and luxury markets. But arguably that probably shouldn’t be their target market. I’d love to see what happens if the US actually let them be sold.

Some people are trying to change this and basically change what the internet is and always has been. I got in trouble on Reddit for saying “fuck.” Evidently explaining to someone to fuck themselves constitutes harassment. I’m sure if I said “buzz off” instead of “fuck off” I wouldn’t have been hit with a ban. It’s truly a sad state of affairs in 2026

If you work for an advertising agency, you know that your job is to separate people from their money. They celebrate this. They have awards for this. It’s the whole purpose of their job.
