So yeah, because I left reddit.

Exactly this is the reason why I gifted it to someone. I’m already glad they don’t use 1 password for every website.
Yeah, when you’re married the husband will automatically be registered as the dad instead of ‘having to prove it’.
Our wedding had a double layer: we had the plan in our head for a while. Then my dad passed away and on his deathbed my now husband promised him he would take care of me like how he took care of me. So, it became incredibly emotional (6 months later) as some sort of seal on that promise too.
My partner and I wanted it for legal reasons, especially since I’m disabled so he can make medical decisions etc.
We can either "register as partners’ or get married. Both cost the same. Marriage had a wedding party. Costs a lil bit more, but brought together all of our friends and had a beautiful day. So why choose boring?
I’m gonna buy a Luigi board to ask the guidance of Aaron Schwartz because I’m sure he is dying to get revenge
I mean they still have their body after shooting porn so they’re not really selling their body more than let’s say a construction worker
Apparently I’m a beta tester? How, what? Thanks for the link!
As someone who lives in an opposite bubble, this post was funny to me in a wholesome way. I love how respectful you’re asking this while being fucking confused.
To answer your question: none of my queer/gay friends do this gesture specifically, so it seems it is just a quirky thing he does :)
There is no disability which needs a human punching bag as an accommodation.

Influencer sponsorships, especially for beauty influencers, have already been declining. Companies realize that these influencers are just posting ads now and people don’t believe their “honest opinion” anymore. So it’s a mystery to me why companies still pay so much money for regular online ads.
I love this song
Thank you! I love this idea
That’s not huge, but I recently ran into some issues of my DS lite not accepting a too big SD card
Seriously? I need this on my DS now too but I think it’d be a huge file
I use 4 feeds:
What I also like better than Twitter is whenever I reply to someone / quote tweet someone but block them after, other people won’t be able to see the post anymore. I’ve noticed (at least for now) that helps a fair bit against pile-ons and rage baiters. Hope it stays that way.
I’ve been on bluesky for a while (over a year). My (leftist) bubble was complaining about how boring it was for the longest time. Now I keep seeing people complaining about the influx of the “new” people joining. And here I am complaining about the complainers. Oh, to be a human on the internet.
Another user with a Kobo Clara HD with KOreader. I can vouch for this one as well.
Whenever google isn’t giving me proper results (so almost every time) I add “Lemmy” to the search and it gives me… Reddit links.
It’s 2025 and I know from experience the world is inaccessible, but the most basic accessibility options in apps… C’mon.
And yeah I do remember, sadly. I miss the time reddit had silly inside jokes and comments weren’t buried under bots talking to other bots. I miss Aaron Schwarz. (Although it must be said it was a weird time to be a woman acknowledging you were on Reddit because the times were… Weird back then)
