Romani Chateau is basically a white russian milkshake. Probably restores “courage” or boldness
Drugs are welcome so be creative if you feel called
Red - bloody Mary
Green - absinthe
Blue - blue bols
They all restore drunkeness
Red is blood, and restores blood loss.
Green is tea and restores calm.
Blue is windshield wiper fluid and restores you straight to the hospital.
You take the red potion, you stay in Hyrule, and I show you how deep the Lost Woods really go.
Bum bum baaaaah, bum bum baaaah, bum bum bah bah baaah, bum bum bah bah baaaah, bah bum bum baaaaah

I’ll do a set with only drugs that fit the ethnobotany/mycology flair of potions:
The health potion should be a mix of several natural remedies for wounds, inflammation and bruises. A double extract tincture made from calendula, st john’s wort, birch polypore, ribwort plantaine and maybe even more. Fairly easy to obtain and prepare. One of the most potent natural painkillers I know would be kratom. It also slightly enhances your mood but it’s fairly subtle. Still easy to get addicted if you’re not careful so yeah, be careful. It’ll taste alcoholic, medicinal and probably bitter. Add some malva to the mix and the color could be pretty convincing.
Now for the green potion what I have in mind would be a mix of matcha, lime juice and a small amount of fly agaric tea. Some people swear by microdosing it and call it forest coffee because it makes them feel alert and eager to get stuff done. Needs to be prepared correctly or it’s poisonous though. Taste wise I think it needs to have enough lime juice for that to be the most noticeable ingredient. Sour goes well with green and awake if that makes sense.
The blue potion needs to be magical and make you feel spiritually recharged. I’d just stick with the mushroom theme tbh. If you get albino psilocybin shrooms and shred them before drying, guess what, they turn blue. If you make an unfiltered double extract tincture with powdered and bruised albino shrooms you should end up with a vaguely blue, sludgy broth. Again I think a small amount fits the potion theme better than immobilizing yourself but this time I’d pick a small dose over a microdose. Add some butterfly pea petals to deepen the blue color. The taste will once again be alcoholic but quite neutral unless you add other ingredients - which would be a good idea anyway to help with digestion so I’d choose mint, aniseed and honey.
