Joplin is nice and what I use currently. I came across obsidian the other day which I found a plugin that makes it function more like OneNote. Only issue is the sync as far as I can tell is subscriptin based. I imagine a plugin exists for that but haven’t looked yet.

You can install it from the AUR or a appimage from git both allow you to avoid having to compile from source. Envision allows you to use Monado if you have a wired headset or WiVRn if you have a quest or other wireless headset and can also install WlxOverlay or Stardust as overlays.

May not work for your headset (doesn’t for mine but mines not WMR and is because of my 8kx’s driver)
Its a community plugin called CardNote. You can find it in the settings menu.
