What’s that about organized crime? I have never heard of that before. Is it only a scare tactic or is it really something to be concerned about when sailing the 7 seas, other than the usual caution (uBlock, VPN, private browser tab)

It doesn’t say on the website but on their anniversary day they are giving away unlimited ssl certs!

I shouldn’t be but I am honestly kind of shocked. MacOS was supposed to be for everyone, pros and laypeople allike. Not a mac user so I can’t be sure, but if windows removed this ability a ton of software from random github projects or self compiled software would become useless. DON’T THEY KNOW THAT? They can’t possibly think, the people running apps like that will get a developer subscription just to run that one random app they use.

Every country would have to do it. A party here in Switzerland wanted to drastically increase inheritance tax for certain large inheritances, and the rich people threatened so hard to leave the country that everyone believed them and now nobody supports it anymore. (They said their children would not be able to pay the tax because most of their wealth is supposedly in company shares, so if they died their children would have to sell off the companies to Cineese companies which nobody in Switzerland liked to hear)

I don’t know how to diy it on your pc, but on my steamdeck with the latest proton version most repackaged games work fine.

Hopefully they didn’t store to much financial info from donations, otherwise I am a bit coocked…
Yeah I sent the screenshot to my parents right away, I think they would know better but better be safe than sorry.

/s no I wouldn’t actually implement it

What about the case of a 10yo killing its abusive neo nazi father? Does the child fully understand the consequences of what it did, or did it just want the abuse to stop?
That child got as many years jailtime as it was old at the time of the killing.

Of course this was going to happen, it was only a matter of time.

I am assuming its the same with Apple and as long as you sign out of your google account before wiping, it is no longer linked to you. Hopefully it will prompt you to do so when wiping the device locally.

If he actually goes I want to see at least 3 different " the logistics of the Trump imprisonement", “How to imprison a US president” etc. Youtube videos. They they should be at minimum half an hour long.
Ok now that my demands are out there you can go and arrest him already.

From their description it seems like just another tpm - like chip with extra functionality. That “cloud to chip” stuff seems to be marketing bs to me, possibly a tpm like chip that can only be used by Azure services? Doesn’t seem to me that it overrides the os in any way, so Linux would probably just ignore it withou the right drivers.
