Of course, I don’t really agree that 25 years or even 30 years constitutes recent, and my ability to name a specific policy in that time frame doesn’t erase nearly 2 thousand years of Anti-semitism in the hearts (and sometimes law) of Europeans.

Is that the definition of a sandwich, or is there something about ‘sanwhich’ that transcends its constituent parts?
