Why use a gun chambered in 6.5cm, 308win, 300wm, or 338lapua for home defense, unless you mean defense of your large estate and need long range? Shotguns are long and unwieldy. I’d go for hand guns with rounds that distort when they hit something so there is less chance of penetration and continuing on. Most likely 22lr or 9mm. 22 has less stopping power, but usually more capacity.

I’ve had my Pixel 5 since around the time the 6 came out. The battery life isn’t great, but I can get by just fine. Maybe Samsung phone batteries are better, but before this I had a Samsung Galaxy. The battery on that was no better. I know this is anecdotal, but I don’t plan to switch when my 5 croaks.

That’s not the statistic I’ve seen. It was in the 30s last I saw. Among Republicans it was still fairly high, like 60s, and higher among MAGA, but the general public was much lower. Can you cite a recent source for your number? Otherwise, I’ll bolo for some updated numbers.

Not my man. I consider him to be about as abhorrent of a person as a person can be. He should be in jail for so many crimes.

They invited all the presidents. You try to bring in those with the power to change things and convince them that their actions have meaning, even symbolic ones. So, they probably tried his first term. It’s clear now that he doesn’t care and is in no way willing to help. I suspect that the reason they’re not inviting him goes beyond that. They’re making a statement. They’re signalling to those who support their mission.

I agree, but there’s a difference between oversight and law enforcement there. If I am telling someone they need to justify restrictions in a behavior plan, that’s different than something for which someone else may be arrested. In the former example, I think they should be able to wear an N95 for health reasons.
