Even if the police did come out, the chances of arrest; charges being made and then; prosecution is slim if they 1) are rich enough that the police decide to NFA it due to internal politics, 2) the police deciding to NFA in case the person is friends, or perceived to be friends with city/council officials, or 3) have a half descent lawyer / barrister firm they have on retention.
