Jessica is such a great person and educator.
She is actually more commonly known for her YouTube channel. (Search “How to ADHD”). She has A LOT of content there and her book is basically the paper version of her videos and insights.

It’s an incredible tool. Especially since Carroll has ADHD as well and kind of “invented” the Bullet Journal over time to manage himself.
I tend to add “Inboxes” to the general method. I might not have the journal with me at every minute, or it might be inconvenient to use it in certain situations (i.e. I prefer paper journal, but in meetings a digital format has it’s advantages). So I have an “Inbox” (basically a daily log) on my Phone & Work PC. At the end of the day, I go through the additional Inboxes as well and condense everything into my central (paper) journal.
For me, it’s better to have a small number of additional but convenient places to write down stuff than skipping the journaling just because I don’t want to pull out my journal during a meeting.
Since the person said, one should SEE a doctor, the magazines need to contain a picture of one. But then everything should be cured asap. 👍
Wait! Shifter is on peertube? Cool! Love that guy.
“[…] this will only push me and other people like me out.”
I mean… Yeah… That IS kind of their whole point!?
I have the Fairphone form iode with their OS on it. Best phone I had so far and the System ist pretty much set up the way I like it out if the box.
I mean, the headline of this post already makes me irrationally angry. 😂
Y u no close brackets!?
Switching the launcher will almost do ZERO for your privacy. Just to let you know.
Anyhow, you could check out the “F-Droid” App Store, which is populated with the most privacy respecting open source apps out there. It also has some launchers.
Or you could at least check apps on Exodus for trackers.
Um das mal phonetisch zu schreiben: Es würd sich ungefähr wie “en dschinks” auf Deutsch anhören.
You could look into using 3rd party clients to view Lemmy. They often enhance the default behavior with additional features. E.g. Voyager (the one I’m using) has a “keyword filter”.
Jesus Christ! It’s almost at 250.000 $ now!
It’s a federated system just like Lemmy, Mastodon, …
(One of the) first step would be to find an Instance that you might like to join. https://joinpeertube.org/instances
Then, an App that can also handle peertube would be e.g. NewPipe - which is also a very good 3rd party app for YouTube and alike. https://newpipe.net/
Yeah, good question.
