Sure, but a computer can never give you a truly random number, it always has to calculate it from something. But, to be fair, we can’t be certain that humans can either.

The only thing that can be said for sure is that the human brain uses both electricity and chemical reactions and seems to be capable of randomness, while the AI runs purely on electricity/code and isn’t capable of randomness.

We don’t know what consciousness is and we don’t even know what life is so anything beyond this is pure speculation.

I don’t think there should be a death penalty, for pretty much the exact same reasons. You can’t un-kill people as necromancy isn’t a thing… yet. However I am not above getting angry and venting by writing a slightly edgy comment.

Mostly no, especially in big cities, because I would be broke in 30 minutes. If someone tells me they need it for something reasonable and specific and I believe them, maybe, honestly it depends on my mood as well as I am obviously flawed, just like everyone. Also I live paycheck to paycheck myself.
