Where in the Constitution do we spell out that citizenship is granted to a child on the basis of the status of the father, regardless of birth location or their mother’s status?

When they eventually let me out of the room, I witnessed the horrific scene of my team members, tied up and blindfolded. I pleaded to the officer to release them, and he promised to do so after the interrogations. They were taken one by one to the same room for strip search and questioning.
They returned with their hands still bound but not blindfolded. The team’s interrogation lasted more than two hours, during which all our phones and laptops were examined, and many photos - including personal ones - were deleted.
So say you.
Getting real keyboard warrior vibes off you, too. Color me skeptical.
Climb the stairs out of your momma’s basement and go touch grass.
Somewhere over a great height with a short rope sounds perfect for a treasonous traitor.

This 2nd Amendment “freak” (leftist, too) fully realizes that the day I fire a firearm upon the government, I’ve declared war on said government. Unless I’ve a sizeable portion of the populace organized beside me, I’m gonna get squished like a cockroach under the heel of a boot.
I have others who depend on me for food and shelter. If I get squished, they lose that.
When the government has taken everything from me, then I’ll have nothing left to lose.
“Oh, fire whatstheirname? Sure thing boss. Just gotta send a few emails…”
If the U.S. Marshals won’t do it, then deputize someone who will.
Only for those who prefer the taste of boot leather.
I’d much rather mine resources in an asteroid ring than on Earth. Polluting a lifeless chunk of rock in vacuum makes a lot more sense to me.
We’ve got a long way to go before we get there, but we won’t get there by waiting until we’ve the rest of society perfect first.
The way things seem to be going these days, they’d rather have your compliance.
We’ll see. Congress and the majority of the Executive Branch seem to be goose stepping right along with Trump. The Supreme Court is iffy.
As for the accusation of trolling, you can fuck off. That was a serious question. On the off chance you haven’t been paying attention, there’s serious concern that the loyalty of most of our government may be to Trump and not to the Constitution.
Who’s going to be doing the arresting after he’s held in contempt?
A letter to Hochul stating “I didn’t do it, you didn’t see me do it, you can’t prove it if I did do it, and no way was my deal with Trump a quid pro quo” qualifies as an opportunity to defend himself, as well.
Be my guest. I’d like to see how many of the words in your “explanation” fail to appear in the quoted section of the NYS Constitution.
Seems to me if the author meant a trial, they’d have used the word trial.
I’m sorry, I must be blind. Please point out the word “trial” in that section of the New York State Constitution.
All I see is “… after giving to such officer a copy of the charges against him and an opportunity to be heard in his defense.”
I didn’t miss a damn thing. The governor has a process available to dismiss him. That /\ is the process. Therefore, removing the mayor would not be extra judicial.
Quit moving the goal posts.
Doesn’t mean that the justices won’t keep trying…
