While I am a Linux user, this was a joke. Windows does random Windows stuff. Windows AI features cause GPU usage. The processes responsible, according to OP are Windows core services. So, what other fix is there to avoid this besides removing windows?

That may be ab implementation detail of android auto for your car manufacturer. I never needed to sync the contacts in BMW and VW.

I had some troubles with Ford, but there It worked via USB instead of Bluetooth pairing without forced sync.

At this point, Windows itself is the Spyware. Forced cloud Accounts, AI Features embedded so deeply into the windows core that you can not longer remove it.

Maybe, but there is the internal buffer. Also, most I/O happens in files not consoles
