I used to use Iron on iOS, which a very minimalist, open-source gym tracker, that does what I needed it to, in a very simple way. It allowed me to create workout plans, I could edit/add new workouts and machines, and had rest timers. During the workout I was able to log reps to my sets I’ve set during the workout routine setup.
I’ve switched back to android recently, and this app is the only thing I really miss. The closest I got was Flexify, but for some reason, when I finish a workout, the plan doesn’t reset, so next time I open the plan, it’ll be pre-filled by last time’s data. Other than this, it seems to do what I need it to do. Does anyone have a recommendation? Or is there something I miss about Flexify?
Wger maybe?
Its got a self hosted back end but i cant recall if the app works standalone
There’s also Simple that might do it
Both on fdroid
I had made a comment about that some time ago which I link it almost every time this question comes up:)

Fastnfitness and openscale (and energize) might be helpful:)
Thank you! Very helpful comment!
Liftlog is amazing!
I don’t know about Flexify but perhaps you can message the dev and ask them to add the functionality you want?
