I’m to that age where I take great joy in comparative shopping. I’m sure I could have saved a few more bucks if I had shopped around a bit more, but this wasn’t bad.

Total was $66.64.

      TBH, olive oil is my food lube of choice, but there are quite a few applications where Imperial can get me 80% of the way to butter and it’s only a minor ingredient. No doubt butter is better and I stock that too, but for $1.24 for 4 sticks, you can’t go wrong IMO.

        Personally I stir fry a lot so olive oil has too low of a smoke point for me. I have to stick to avocado, peanut, sunflower oil or vegetable oil. I think some olive oils can have higher smoke points but it’s annoying to do trial and error instead of sticking with what works.
