Many people move things every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of the cart which is widely used today is often called “a wheel,” and many of its users are not aware that it is basically a cart, developed by the Cart Project. There really is a wheel, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. A wheel is a part: the circular component in the system that allows the cart to roll across the ground. A wheel is an essential part of a cart, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete cart. A wheel is normally used in combination with the Cart System: the whole system is basically a cart with a wheel added, or a cart and a wheel.
