THIS is definitely one of those times. This man was arrested this time for pooping on a dead opossum on a street during rush hour traffic. The police report obtained described the scene of the crime

We all knew it was Florida before even checking. What’s in the water down there?

Judging from the facial sores in the mug shot, I’m guessing that the gentleman in question has a history of meth use.

Really kinda torn here. Obviously there are all kinds of red flags everywhere here, but in isolation I kinda feel like if someone shits on a possum, the proper response is, “not cool, Dale. I hope it bites your nutsack off.”

I’m not really convinced that’s an act worthy of arrest or a news article. I’m not saying it’s fine and honestly I don’t ever want to watch another person shit, just… shitting on a possum sounds like the sort of thing young drunk hicks would do out of boredom on Friday night that keeps them out of bigger trouble.

The article gives the impression that he was arrested and charged for shitting in public. The fact he shit on a dead possum didn’t contribute to his charges.

Looking at the headline, my first thought was, Florida. Reading the article just confirmed my bias.
