UHC, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Caresource and more are removing or redirecting their about us pages.
archive.org and linked in.
archive.today too; name and shame.
Don’t paint a target on archive.org.
you know where we can paint a target?
LinkedIn, duh.
The CEOs
Not nearly enough.
Yet.
We killed one CEO, which resulted in one change to their company.
They stopped automatically denying people anesthetic for surgeries because a CEO was shot.
It works, it was just proven that indiscriminate attacks against the wealthy result in them making concessions.
Now we just need to kill one CEO for every small improvement we want to see.
We have a lot of work ahead of us as a country
not enough in the long run, there must be something that prevents this shit from coming back if we manage to fix or improve it in anyway. Otherwise they will just bide their time and we are back at the same point but with even less chances to do anything about it.

No. The shareholders won’t like this.

Remember what these people tell us - “you don’t need privacy if you have nothing to hide”
I mean, that is not how the internet works but okay.
I enjoy how this article basically enumerates every name removed from their sites.
404media always gives us the 401 on matters, dawg
It gives us the unauthorized on matters?
Better than a 500
What about a 187 on 911?
April 29, 1992, where were you?
404 CEO Not Found
You mean the 411?
Typo 🤪
Ok but on what keyboard is 0 next to 1?
Brain typo
Caught myself saying misclick the other day when I dropped a pencil 😅
On the numpad:
Good. They should be scared.
Deny, Defend, Depose
Anyone got a link to this story that doesn’t require you to sign up for yet another “free” account to read?
My goto is usually archive.is
Much obliged!
What do you call one dead CEO? a good start.
Guaranteed they were not talking about ending their war on humanity
Yeah because somebody as motivated as the shooter in Manhattan will totally be deterred by removing the “Our Team” pages from your website.
Talk about focusing on the wrong thing. How about instead of worrying about how to hide the names of your executives you instead have a meeting where you decide to be an ethical company that balances the needs of the shareholder with the needs of your customers.
Novel idea, I know.
That would just encourage people to shoot more CEOs.
Executive thoughts… By Dick Richass
I’d love to be a reporter in that shareholders conference right now
Oh boy sounds like they’re afraid of copycat killers.
Why - are they doing something that should make them afraid?
What do you mean? They are just trying to put food on the table for their families.
/s in case that isn’t blatantly obvious

It’s because despite having oodles of money they never learned math. A family of 5 could eat 3 meals a day $100 per plate for 60 years for 32.85 million. They have just as little comprehension of their vast wealth as we do. Billionaires should not exist.
What the hell are they eating, inexplicably stable trans-uranium elements?
How many lives does 1 yearly bonus check save?
I think mass shootings in the US are a little passe. This on the other hand…
Targeted killings of evil people get me hard.
Same same… I can’t be the only one with a bit of a crush on this masked hero. What we can see is sexy af, though I would never be able to describe him to a sketch artist.
The two could be combined. Any shooting of three or more executives would be a mass shooting of executives. By a mysterious masked man that no one can identify.
What’s the old expression?
If you’ve got nothing to hide/done nothing wrong, then you have nothing to worry about.
That’s why I stroll down the street nude. Everyone else is a juicier target than me 😎 why you wearing clothes huh?! Kinda sus.
Expected, I guess.
The irony is that if a lot of corpos start doing this, it makes a cult of personality impossible. In the case of UC it probably doesn’t apply anywhere, but it will elsewhere.
Good thing there isn’t some kind of machine that lets you go way back in time to see the pages before they were removed
Good thing someone who can plan their attack and track their target for days or weeks, someone with absolutely nothing to lose and a single-minded purpose, would absolutely give up on their plans if they can’t find a public picture of a company’s CEO on the first page they check.
Also the fucked up facebook for companies exists
Holy shit is LinkedIn a terrifying source for osint. Even without sales navigator it’s a gold mine, and with it you can find just about anything about anyone on there.
please refrain from capitalising such despicable names :)
Fair point, auto correct forced my hand
